Rental that perfectly matches its presentation, very clean and well-equipped accommodation in a magnificent setting. Everything was at our disposal, private parking much appreciated. De très bonnes vacances à Concarneau et super location : appartement très agréable et très bien équipé avec vue sur la mer et en face de la thalasso (conforme à la description). Très bonne literie, piscine chauffée et équipements bébé de qualité mis à disposition (lit parapluie, chaise haute, transat et baignoire). Accueil chaleureux et prévenant du propriétaire : beaucoup de documentations et de bonnes adresses pour découvrir les environs et la ville, pas besoin de se rendre à l'office du tourisme ! Une bouteille d'eau fraiche et de cidre nous attendaient même dans le frigo, après plusieurs heures de voyages, nous étions ravis. Bref, nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Un appartement conforme au descriptif, une chambre très agréable avec un grand lit , de belles nuits , un loueur aux petits soins pour l'occupant , cidre et gâteaux bretons à l'arrivée , une documentation particulièrement détaillée , la classe !

Ayant passé une agréable semaine à Concarneau, l'appartement de la résidence présente un atout comme l’accessibilité très proche à la plage des Sables Blancs, les commerces du centre (10 min à vélo), sentier côtier, et le confort nécessaire pour passer un beau séjour. Les équipements sont de tout confort. Les vélos mis gracieusement à disposition permettent de découvrir la ville de Concarneau et de sillonner les rues dont une très grande majorité est aménagée en pistes cyclables. Le propriétaire très accueillant, propose aux touristes une plaquette/brochure "faite maison" spécifiant les attraits ou autres curiosités locales. A recommander sans hésitations. VW

Très bel appartement, grand confort, bonne literie, propre. Très bien situé face à la plage et à environ 2 kms de la ville close en passant par la côte. D'autre part, le propriétaire a le souci d'informer ses locataires (documentations diverses sur place) et a eu de délicates attentions à notre arrivée (cidre, palets bretons, petits savons...) Nous avons donc passé une excellente quinzaine.

Very nice Appartement. Whatever you need is there. Mr warme is very friendly And takes care of everything immideatly. The pool is nice, clean And warm. Only the showers didn't work. Bicicles are there and concarneau And the beaches are wonderful.

Great location close to the beach and convenient fr the Close Ville. The apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished. The owner, Michel, was helpful and very welcoming.

The apartment is very clean, well furnished and well equipped. The grounds and apartment building are well maintained clean and tidy. The outdoor pool is a real added bonus.There is ample secure car parking. The apartment is located across the road from a beautiful beach and is about 15-20 minutes stroll into town. Concarneau is a beautiful little town with plenty of bars and cafes, the old part is very pretty with shops and more cafes. We spent a lovely week here in july, very relaxing. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would be entirely happy to stay here again in the future.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen, sauberen, ruhigen, gut ausgestatteten Appartement mit Meerblick (den Fotos entsprechend). Wir wurden vom Vermieter herzlich empfangen. Ausführliche Informationen über das Appartement und die Umgebung lagen bereit, nicht zu vergessen, die Flasche Cidre und die Galettes. Concarnau, die Restaurants, der Markt, der Küstenwanderweg...haben uns gut gefallen. Herzlichen Dank
